You need to commit to attending by June 13th.  Here are the fees:

which has everything we need, is a nice place, and was just built so is new. 
  Jillian says that if we charged $300 5 years ago, we can afford $350 this 
year.

If you need double beds, I can book you at the nearby Journey's End for the 
same price.  Already, I've booked the Clees there.

If you are flying in, let me know and I will arrange for someone to pick you 
up from the airport.
