[Coladam] minigame - jump or die (less than 4K)

I submited a minigame named "Jump or Die" where you
have to collect all the keys to finish the level.
There are unstable floors, so don't stay too long on
them... jump or fall. Do not play it with
VirtualColeco emulator, its sound generator is
terrible.

In attachment, you can find the rom file updated with
some iced floors. :-)
