[Coladam] DK & DK Jr. Codes

Does anyone know the codes you enter to access the extra screens in Super
Donkey Kong and Super DK Jr.?

Or was it just DK that had this feature? I can't remember if it was one or
the other or both.

I used to have it, but I can't find it anywhere now. It's been bugging me
for a long time. All I remember was it was 4 digits and you entered it on
the keypad on the game selection screen (I think).
