Found it...highest used address in R80 SmartWriter is 7159H (29017
decimal), with the rest of the ROM filled with FF up to 7FFFH (32767).
So, SmartWriter does indeed occupy more than 24K.
At power-up, the EOS ROM sits at address 6000H (24576 decimal) and
the routine that copies it from ROM to RAM (address E000H, 57344 decimal)
copies 8192 bytes (8K). 6000H is at the 24K boundary...so *MAYBE* the
4-ROM setup: SmartWriter 16K + 8K + 8K, EOS 8K
3-ROM setup: SmartWriter 16K + 16K, EOS 8K
