[Coladam] Demons & Dragons plus Packcopy

I have a disk image of it and tried copying it to a DDP image. SmartBasic 
booted, but it wouldn't load the HELLO program on the disk. I tried to 
manually load it with no success either. There must be some sort of copy 
protection present.
