[Coladam] Anyone remember Buck A. Rogers?

I remember the name, and YES, he had some fantastic sounding ideas - which 
never came about.   I do believe that he did produce 1 newsletter though; 
have to see if I have a copy - either that or he was in the news in other 
newsletters of the era
