[Coladam] Changing joystick "fire" buttons

You can specify the keyboard->joystick mappings with a file placed in the adamem directory named adamem.joy. Inside this file you place, in hexidecimal format, the equivalent keys for (in order) left,right,up,down,button 1, button 2, button 3, button 4 (four buttons on the Super Action Controller). These values are 3 digits long a piece, with no separations.

Alternatively, you can specify this on the command line with the -keys switch, followed by the string in the same format.

Using the MSDOS version, you can use the keys program to determine what this should be. If using the SDL version in windows, you can use the Character map program to get the code (in decimal). You have to convert this to hex for the keys.
