The Adam News Network was created to solve a Coleco Adam user group newsletter editors' problem. That problem is that there is never enough local content for the next newsletter. By sharing articles the editors were able to reprint articles written for other user groups.
In the past there have been dozens of newsletters both contributing and using the articles. ANN is also responsable for doing choosing the next AdamCon site, and for a couple of projects like the EOS Programmer's Manual and the Adam Survival Guide.
